FIDIC Consulting Services (Beijing) Limited (FCS) was established in 2019. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of FIDIC Credentialing Limited, (FCL) which is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

FCS provides engineering consulting services and promotes initiatives aimed at developing professional capacity building and professional proficiency, as well as offering project management and business consulting services and promoting high-level business forums. The FCS will also provide a platform for cultural exchanges and conference services.

FIDIC Consulting Services (Beijing) Ltd. (FCS) is the first FIDIC entity in China. The establishment of FCS, which is a milestone in the history of FIDIC, will open a new chapter for FIDIC credentialing business in China and in the world. FCS is dedicated to working with Chinese and international stakeholders to provide engineering and technical consulting services, which will help to elevate the FIDIC-China cooperation to a much higher level.

From 2020, the FCS will also administer, through its offices in Beijing, the new phase of the international FCCE programme in China and will also provide other services to persons seeking to broaden their professional competency skills and knowledge base in various fields of expertise.

FCS also delivers corporate services on behalf of FIDIC, including conferences and events in Asia.
