Certification in the FCL context means receiving, after an examination and/or an assessment process, a certificate in the relevant field of expertise.
The purpose of certification of persons is to measure the competence of individuals.
Competence is defined as the ability to apply knowledge and skills to achieve intended results.
Anyone who has the right qualifications and meets the application and programme criteria as set by the Certification Board and the relevant FCL Committees.

Take a look at the certification programme that you are interested in, consider the assessment flowchart for that programme, then fill out the requisite application forms. You will be contacted subsequent to your application verification. Please note that this process will require the payment of a non-refundable application fee.
